High Tide Lacrosse Club offers boys and girls lacrosse tryouts for players across Long Island and Nassau County. Our program provides competitive travel teams, local practices, and a clear path for player development.

WHAT TO EXPECT AT TRYOUTS
Tryouts are designed to be a high-energy, positive experience for every player.
Each session runs approximately 90 minutes and includes a mix of drills and live gameplay to evaluate players in a fun, competitive environment.
Players will have the opportunity to:

Whether your child is new to lacrosse or already has experience, our goal is to create an environment where players can feel confident, compete, and enjoy the game.
Frequently asked questions
Do we need to attend both nights?
Players should attend both sessions to get more resp in and give more feedback to coaches on the players current abilities, but attending both is not mandatory.
What is the experience like?
Tryouts are designed to be a high-energy, positive experience for every player. Each session runs approximately 60 minutes and includes a mix of drills and live gameplay to evaluate players in a fun, competitive environment.
Whether your child is new to lacrosse or already has experience, our goal is to create an environment where players can feel confident, compete, and enjoy the game.
What if we cannot make it?
We have a supplemental tryout date July 21st, 7 - 8 PM at Oceanside Middle School. If you cannot make that date either, contact us and we will make arrangements for another date. If you are planning to try out on ANY DATE you must still register for tryouts here.
When do we find out if our child makes a team?
You will find out within 1 week.
