February 20th, 6-9pm at Coleman Country Daycamp, Freeport, NY

What is speed lax?

​Speed Lax is a fast-paced (20-minute games), 3 v 3 version of lacrosse played on a small field without the need for protective equipment, focusing on skill and agility.​

  • Grades: 2nd, 3rd, 4th

  • Team Size: Teams of 5 max (4 minimum)

  • Guaranteed: 2-3 games, including playoffs
